ABC International Srl and JSD Corporation Pte Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a joint venture focused on aircraft cabin interiors in the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement was signed during MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 in Singapore, marking a step in ABC International’s regional expansion strategy.
The proposed partnership will combine ABC International’s expertise in aircraft cabin design and production with JSD Corporation’s aviation experience, regional market knowledge and established relationships with airlines and aircraft lessors. The companies aim to improve access to cabin interior solutions across Asia-Pacific while offering shorter delivery timelines through a stronger local presence.
Rodolfo Baldascino, CEO of ABC International, said the partnership would support the company’s regional growth by combining its cabin interior capabilities with JSD Corporation’s industry relationships and understanding of local markets. The collaboration aims to help airlines and lessors address their cabin interior requirements with greater efficiency.
Kumar Balasingam, CEO of JSD Corporation, highlighted aircraft interiors as a growth opportunity for the company. He said the partnership would enable JSD to introduce ABC International’s solutions to a broader customer base and develop services that respond to the region’s evolving cabin requirements.
The planned joint venture is intended to strengthen support for airlines and lessors seeking specialised cabin interior services across Asia-Pacific. By bringing design and production expertise closer to regional customers, the companies aim to improve service accessibility and responsiveness as demand for aircraft cabin upgrades and interior solutions evolves.
The MoU establishes the foundation for further collaboration between the two companies, with the proposed venture expected to expand their presence in the regional aircraft interiors market.
