Duncan Aviation has completed an exterior redesign and repaint of a Bombardier CL-604 at its maintenance facility in Provo, Utah, introducing a new red, white, and blue paint scheme developed in collaboration with the aircraft owner’s team.
The project involved Duncan Aviation designer Amie Jensen working with the owner’s director of maintenance to refine the aircraft’s appearance while maintaining the original concept provided during the design phase.
According to Duncan Aviation, the owner requested an American-inspired color palette reflecting the family’s cultural identity. The final scheme incorporates red and blue striping across the fuselage and tail, along with a custom logo positioned near the aircraft entry door.

During the design process, Jensen modified the original layout to address visual balance in the aft section of the aircraft. The initial concept included a solid blue belly extending through the tail, which was later adjusted with additional striping and mirrored red accents.
“The scheme was already there. It just needed that shift in the tail to make everything connect,” said Amie Jensen, designer at Duncan Aviation.
The repaint was completed at Duncan Aviation’s full-service facility in Provo as part of the aircraft’s exterior refurbishment program.
