Duncan Aviation has completed multiple installations of Gogo’s Galileo HDX and FDX inflight connectivity systems, expanding access to low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite-based broadband connectivity for business aviation operators.
The installations have been carried out at Duncan Aviation’s major service centres in Lincoln, Nebraska; Battle Creek, Michigan; and Provo, Utah, as well as at selected satellite facilities across the United States.
The Gogo Galileo HDX and FDX systems are designed to provide global, low-latency broadband connectivity using a LEO satellite network. The technology supports simultaneous use by multiple passengers for applications including video streaming, internet-based meetings, VPN access, file sharing, voice and video calls, and messaging.

Duncan Aviation, which has installed Gogo connectivity solutions on business aircraft for more than two decades, said its technicians have equipped hundreds of aircraft with Gogo systems across more than a dozen aircraft types.
“Gogo’s Galileo systems are low-latency, high-speed, satellite-based systems that provide Duncan Aviation’s customers a reliable, in-flight broadband connection,” said Nate Klenke, Modifications Sales Manager at Duncan Aviation. “Multiple users can simultaneously stream live content, conduct internet-based meetings, access VPN networks, share files, make voice and video calls, and send and receive texts.”
Klenke added that the Galileo platform extends Gogo’s connectivity capabilities beyond its traditional air-to-ground network, enabling global service coverage for business aviation operators.
According to Gogo, certification for the Galileo HDX and FDX systems is available on a growing number of business aircraft models. The company noted that the service combines satellite-based connectivity with features such as global support and integrated entertainment options through Gogo Vision.
