ABC International has officially inaugurated a new 300-square-metre state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lioni, Avellino, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy. Centrally located in Campania, Southern Italy plant will focus on the production of certified cabin interior components, positioning ABC International as a fully integrated partner in the aviation supply chain.
The new facility signals ABC International’s strategic shift from being a design-focused organization to a certified manufacturer, enabling the company to offer end-to-end solutions, from design and engineering to production. The plant is equipped with advanced machinery and leverages 3D printing technology to support small-series production and customized parts, catering to short-term programs and specialized customer requirements.
Key production capabilities at the Lioni facility include:
- Cabin monuments: movable class dividers, partitions, stowages, coatrooms, galleys, cabinets, lavatories, and doghouses
- Upholstery products: seat covers, cushions, carpets, curtains, antimacassars, and decorative elements
- Placards and external markings
- Cabin components: life vest rigid boxes, seat track covers
- Branding elements for cabin interiors

The plant has been designed to meet international standards and complies with EASA PART-21G requirements. ABC International has also initiated the Production Organization Approval (POA) certification process, expected to be completed in the coming months, further underscoring its commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
This expansion reinforces ABC International’s position as a strategic player in the global cabin interiors market, capable of delivering fully integrated, high-quality solutions for airlines and OEMs worldwide.
