dnata, a top global air and travel services provider, secured a multi-year contract to cater for T’way Air at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). With this deal, dnata’s crew will whip up over 80,000 meals a year for T’way Air’s new flights connecting Rome and Incheon (ICN) three times a week.

Nicola Citarella, chief executive, dnata Catering & Retail Italy, shared the excitement, “We are delighted to welcome T’way Air to Rome and thank them for putting their trust in dnata’s services. It is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our teams in providing best-in-class services. We look forward to a long and successful partnership.”

dnata is already serving 37 airlines at 11 airports in Italy, with a squad of 880 hospitality professionals. In the past year, they’ve served over 12 million meals on more than 140,000 flights.

T’way Air, the go-to low-cost carrier from South Korea, is expanding fast in Europe. Besides Rome, they’ve just launched flights to Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Paris, making travel between Europe and South Korea even easier.

With dnata’s catering squad of 10,500 serving up 110 million meals annually, this collab is set to elevate the inflight experience for travelers everywhere.
