United Airlines will introduce new inflight meals in its Polaris international business class through a partnership with Chef’s Table.

The updated menu, scheduled to launch from August 1, will include dishes created by 11 chefs representing key markets across the airline’s network, including cities in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America.

Each chef will design meal components such as appetisers, salads and main courses, with menus linked to departure cities. Participating chefs include Nancy Silverton (Los Angeles), Fariyal Abdullahi (New York), Manu Buffara (São Paulo) and Tomos Parry (London), among others.

The initiative is part of United’s ongoing updates to its premium cabin service, with a focus on expanding regionally influenced menu options on long-haul routes.

The move reflects a broader trend in the airline industry, where carriers are increasing investment in inflight dining as part of efforts to enhance the premium cabin offering and differentiate long-haul passenger experience.
