Elliott Aviation has promoted Meghan Welch to Vice President of Sales, Paint, Interior and Maintenance, expanding her leadership responsibilities as the company continues to strengthen its business aviation services portfolio.
Effective immediately, Welch will continue leading Elliott Aviation’s Paint and Interior Sales team while also assuming responsibility for the company’s Maintenance Sales organisation. She will continue to report to Bill Forbes, Senior Vice President of Avionics, who oversees the company’s overall sales operations.
The appointment reflects Elliott Aviation’s focus on strengthening customer support across its maintenance, paint and interior service offerings while supporting long-term strategic growth. The company said the expanded leadership structure is designed to enhance coordination across multiple service lines and further improve customer experience.
“Meghan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, a deep commitment to our customers, and the ability to drive meaningful results,” said Michael Parrish, President and Chief Executive Officer of Elliott Aviation. “Her contributions have been instrumental to the growth and success of our Paint and Interior business, and we are confident that her expanded leadership over our Maintenance Sales team will help us continue delivering outstanding service and value to our customers.”
Parrish added that Welch’s ability to build strong customer relationships, lead high-performing teams and execute the company’s growth strategy makes her well suited for the expanded role.
Since joining Elliott Aviation, Welch has played a significant role in strengthening customer engagement, expanding sales opportunities and supporting the company’s aircraft maintenance, paint and interior refurbishment business. In her new position, she will take on greater responsibility for executive-level strategic initiatives while helping drive growth across the company’s maintenance and refurbishment services.
“I am honoured by the opportunity to take on this expanded role and continue serving our customers and team members,” Welch said. “Elliott Aviation has built an incredible reputation for quality, service and expertise, and I look forward to working with our talented teams to strengthen our customer partnerships further and support the company’s continued growth.”
The promotion forms part of Elliott Aviation’s broader leadership development strategy as the company continues to invest in its maintenance, avionics, paint, and interior capabilities to support the evolving needs of business aviation customers.
