Delta Air Lines is elevating its inflight dining with a new culinary collaboration featuring world-renowned chef and humanitarian José Andrés, known for his vibrant Spanish cuisine.

Launching on Nov. 4, the partnership introduces a curated Spanish-inspired menu for passengers in Delta One and Delta First, with a phased rollout across select routes through 2026.

Signature dishes include Spanish Tortilla with Pisto Manchego, Braised Beef Short Rib in Mojo Rojo BBQ Sauce, Stuffed Piquillo Peppers, and Spanish Style Chicken. Each recipe was co-developed and tested by Chef Andrés’ team and Delta’s culinary experts to ensure the flavors hold up at 30,000 feet.

“Chef Andrés is not only a culinary icon, he’s also a force for good,” said Stephanie Laster, Managing Director of Onboard Dining Experience at Delta. “His people-centric approach and global influence align perfectly with Delta’s mission to deliver hospitality with heart.”

The collaboration extends beyond cuisine. Delta has also launched its 2026 Delta One Wine Program, developed in partnership with Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson, featuring renowned labels from Napa Valley, Burgundy, Tuscany, and Champagne Taittinger.

By integrating globally inspired dining and premium wine selections, Delta continues to redefine the onboard experience, positioning inflight dining as a central part of its premium brand offering.
