Thompson Aero Seating has delivered its latest VantageXL business class seat on Air Côte d’Ivoire’s newly received Airbus A330-900neo, marking another milestone in the product’s global rollout.
The airline has opted for a customised configuration of the VantageXL, including fully enclosed front-row suites marketed as “First Class by Air Côte d’Ivoire”. The layout offers a premium experience within the confines of a business-class cabin.

The VantageXL seat offers direct-aisle access, a fully flat bed, enhanced personal space, and multiple stowage solutions. Air Côte d’Ivoire’s cabin features a bespoke finish combining light greys, charcoals, dark wood accents, and touches of the airline’s signature burnt orange.
Rachel McMurray, Programme Manager at Thompson Aero Seating, described the project as “game-changing.” At the same time, Chief Commercial Officer Andy Morris said the airline’s selection underlines the company’s momentum in the A330 premium seating market.
