Air France is delighting its long-haul Business passengers with an exclusive dessert collection crafted by renowned French pastry chef Yann Couvreur. The curated menu highlights the essence of French culinary artistry, bringing authentic flavours and seasonal ingredients to the skies.

The collection features five indulgent creations, including a crunchy biscuit with ganache and intense dark chocolate mousse, and a pear confit with almond mousse. Crafted from simple, seasonal ingredients, these desserts reflect Couvreur’s dedication to authentic French flavours.

“Air France passengers can now enjoy my original, gourmet creations in the sky,” said Couvreur, highlighting the collaboration as a way to showcase French culinary savoir-faire worldwide.

The new desserts are being gradually rolled out over the next six months on all long-haul flights departing from Paris. Since 2023, Air France has partnered with renowned French pastry chefs to add a sweet finale to its premium dining experience, and Couvreur joins this elite culinary team to continue the tradition.
