American Airlines is introducing seasonally inspired fall menus across its Flagship and Admirals Club lounges, highlighting fresh, bold flavors and chef-driven creations from James Beard Foundation-affiliated chefs.
Flagship lounges feature dishes designed to elevate the travel experience with a focus on seasonal ingredients and regional influences. Highlights include:
- Dallas Fort Worth (DFW): Puffed millet granola with yogurt and roasted swordfish with asparagus vinaigrette.
- Los Angeles (LAX): Chicken pineapple yakitori with microgreen salad.
- Miami (MIA): Jerk-roasted chicken thighs and grilled broccolini agrodolce.
- Philadelphia (PHL): Heirloom corn grits with beech mushrooms and creamy roasted corn.
Guests can also enjoy comfort-forward options such as cider mustard chicken, braised beef tips with wild mushrooms, seared salmon with lemon caper sauce, pumpkin bread French toast, and warm gala apple crisp.

Admirals Club lounges offer globally inspired comfort foods, including Argentinian crispy BBQ beef, Korean BBQ pork loin, Cantonese sweet and sour chicken meatballs, and butter curry chicken with mint basmati rice and chickpeas, alongside seasonal sweets like Magnolia Bakery vanilla cupcakes.
These menus will transition to winter offerings in November (Admirals Club) and December (Flagship lounges), ensuring travelers continue to enjoy fresh, bold, and thoughtfully crafted culinary experiences while on the move.
