Anuvu Distribution, a global provider of entertainment and inflight connectivity (IFC) solutions for the aviation sector, has partnered with LeadStory, a personalized news streaming platform, to deliver global news content directly to passengers in the air.
Through this collaboration, Anuvu Distribution will integrate LeadStory’s AI-powered news service, which filters, translates, and curates stories to meet each airline’s preferences. The tailored news feed will feature updates from leading global outlets, including CBS, CNBC, Reuters, Euronews, and Bloomberg, available in multiple languages and limited to topics selected by airline clients.
“Partnering with LeadStory allows us to transform the way passengers consume news inflight,” said David Horan, Content Acquisition and Partnership Manager at Anuvu Distribution. “Air travel should leave passengers feeling informed, not overwhelmed, and by working together, we’re redefining how news is delivered onboard, making it smarter and more personal to every passenger’s journey.”

With Anuvu and LeadStory’s AI-driven inflight entertainment solution, airlines can design news feeds that align with their brand voice. The AI translation feature enables airlines to offer multilingual news updates, creating a more inclusive and engaging experience for global travellers.
“Working with Anuvu allows us to expand our reach, bringing international news stories from global publishers to the skies,” said Cam Price, CEO of LeadStory. “We’re delighted to collaborate on delivering a more informed and intentional inflight experience for passengers worldwide.”
As airlines increasingly invest in AI-based personalization, cloud content, and free onboard connectivity, partnerships like this signal a shift, inflight entertainment and news are becoming a travel expectation rather than a luxury.
