Hong Kong Airlines has introduced a new in-flight entertainment (IFE) experience with the deployment of Bluebox’s Blueview digital platform across selected Airbus A330 and A320 aircraft. The rollout marks the first portable wireless IFE solution to be implemented by a Hong Kong-based carrier.
The new service provides complimentary access to a broad catalogue of local, regional and Hollywood content, streamed directly to passengers’ personal devices. In addition to entertainment, the airline has digitised its inflight duty-free catalogue, creating a more interactive retail experience onboard.
