Akasa Air has rolled out the fourth edition of its Café Akasa Christmas Special Meal, bringing festive warmth and indulgence to passengers across its network this December. The limited-time offering blends traditional holiday flavours with a distinct Goan influence, reinforcing the airline’s commitment to inventive, regionally inspired onboard dining.

This year’s festive curation features a Roast Chicken Pie paired with a Mocha Bebinca, a modern take on Goa’s iconic layered dessert, accompanied by a beverage of choice. The combination is designed to evoke the nostalgia of classic Christmas dining while introducing the light, coastal notes characteristic of Goan cuisine. The meal can be pre-booked through Akasa Air’s website or mobile app and is available on all flights throughout December.

Positioned as a celebration of comfort, culture, and the season’s spirit, the Christmas menu aims to elevate the passenger experience through thoughtful culinary storytelling. By marrying familiar festive elements with regional flair, Café Akasa seeks to make the inflight meal not just an add-on, but a memorable part of the journey.

Since its launch in 2022, Akasa Air has differentiated its inflight service through curated festive menus that reflect India’s diverse cultural calendar. Over the past year, the airline has introduced special meals for celebrations such as Makar Sankranti, Holi, Eid, Navroz, Onam, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, and Children’s Day, each designed to bring the essence of the festival onboard.

Café Akasa’s evolving menu now features over 45 curated options, including fusion entrées, regionally inspired small plates, and signature desserts crafted by experienced chefs across India. Passengers can also pre-book celebratory cakes, allowing them to mark special occasions in the air, an increasingly popular trend among travellers.

With its latest seasonal offering, Akasa Air continues to strengthen its brand promise of delivering thoughtful, flavour-rich, and culturally resonant inflight dining, further enhancing the onboard experience as part of its growing network and customer-centric service philosophy.
