Emirates is bringing a Thanksgiving vibe to inflight cabins, with the latest festive menu available on routes between the US and Dubai. Served from 24–30 November, the seasonal offering showcases traditional holiday flavours through elevated culinary presentations tailored to each travel class.

Passengers flying in First Class will be welcomed with classic turkey leg roulade paired with roasted butternut, creamy mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts and a rich cranberry jus lié. Another gourmet option features buttermilk and zaatar–roasted turkey, served with apple-celeriac purée, maple-roasted pumpkin and cornbread stuffing, a refined take on familiar holiday comfort.

In Business Class, the celebration continues with salmon gravadlax or warming soups followed by turkey roulade with all the trimmings. A key lime tart or cheesecake brings a sweet finish to the Thanksgiving feast.

Travellers in Premium Economy will also enjoy hearty Americana classics, including shrimp cocktail and herb-roasted turkey served with sweet potato and honey-glazed pumpkin, designed to deliver both comfort and festive flair.
Even in Economy Class, customers can expect a seasonal surprise, starting with a refreshing orange-apple-pomegranate welcome drink infused with cinnamon, followed by roasted chicken with cranberry sauce and maple-baked vegetables, with a sticky toffee pudding or salted caramel milk cake for dessert, plus a warm Snickerdoodle cookie to complete the holiday mood.
With its Thanksgiving menu, Emirates is dialling up the joy onboard, ensuring passengers travelling for the holidays can celebrate the season from the moment they take off.
