American Airlines has introduced new spring menu offerings across its Flagship and Admirals Club lounges, with a focus on seasonal dishes and updated meal options.
In Flagship lounges, the refreshed menu includes items such as braised short rib with roasted thyme tomato sauce, chilled carrot and coconut soup, tamagoyaki French toast with ginger maple syrup, green lentil curry, beef kofta with saffron rice and mini pita, and shrimp prepared with coconut milk curry.

Admirals Club lounges now feature dishes including Cantonese-style sweet and sour meatballs, parmesan pesto gnocchi, Mediterranean feta chickpea salad, New England clam chowder, and chicken Baja enchilada soup.
The updated menus also include expanded charcuterie selections, single-serve desserts, and house-made salad dressings.
In addition, the airline continues its beverage partnership with Champagne Bollinger, which is available complimentary in Flagship lounges and offered for purchase in Admirals Club locations.
The new menu offerings were introduced in Admirals Club lounges from March 16, followed by Flagship lounges from April 2.
