Duncan Aviation has completed a comprehensive refurbishment of a Challenger 350, combining subtle sophistication with elevated passenger comfort. The project included interior upgrades to seating, sidewalls, carpet, curtains, and plating, alongside exterior paintwork, a 96-month/4,800-hour inspection, and installation of Gogo AVANCE L5 connectivity.

The cabin’s focal point is its reupholstered seating, finished in a two-tone leather palette of warm mocha and soft stone-gray. Diamond-pattern stitching on the seat backs and cushions adds tailored detail, while smooth bolsters and headrests maintain a clean silhouette.

Lower sidewalls were updated with woven taupe fabric, complemented by satin nickel plating that adds refined sheen without overwhelming the neutral tones. A new carpet in organic wave patterns ties together the leather, fabric, and veneer elements, while refreshed curtains align with the soft goods upgrade.

Externally, the CL-350 features a high-gloss white fuselage accented with bold black and metallic gold striping that flows seamlessly along the fuselage, engine nacelles, and tail. The design continues onto the winglets, creating visual continuity and a modern ramp presence.

“We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Duncan Aviation for their exceptional work on our CL-350,” said Manny, the director of maintenance. “We deeply appreciate the efforts of everyone involved with this project, from the sales team who secured our slot to the talented technicians who brought the project to life. I had the pleasure of meeting many great individuals through this project; please know we are grateful to each one of you.”

The refurbishment was performed at Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln, Nebraska, facility, one of the company’s full-service locations alongside Battle Creek, Michigan, and Provo, Utah.
