The Gulfstream 800 has achieved a significant milestone by achieving both FAA and EASA approvals. The newly certified G800 doesn’t just excel in performance; it raises the bar for cabin luxury and passenger well‑being. The jet’s interior, modelled on the award‑winning G700 but optimized for even longer missions, delivers a transformative in‑flight experience.

Four distinct living areas
The G800’s spacious cabin can be configured into up to four living zones, accommodating 19 passengers or providing sleeping for up to 10. Each zone offers handcrafted, ergonomic seats that convert into full‑flat beds, ensuring rest on transcontinental flights such as New York–Shanghai or Johannesburg–London.

Enhanced well‑being features

  • Plasma‑Ionization Air System: Supplies 100% fresh air every two to three minutes, reducing fatigue and improving in‑flight health.
  • Low Cabin Altitude: Maintains a pressure equivalent to <3,000 ft at cruise, compared to typical 6,000–8,000 ft levels, so passengers arrive feeling refreshed.
  • High‑Definition Circadian Lighting: Mimics natural light cycles to mitigate jet lag on ultra‑long missions.

State‑of‑the‑Art Amenities
A full‑size galley—including microwave, oven, coffee maker, and chiller—supports gourmet catering at altitude. Two lavatories (fore and aft) can be specified with a dedicated shower for true en‑suite comfort, while an optional crew rest compartment enhances operational flexibility.

Panoramic Ambiance
Sixteen signature oval windows flood the cabin with natural light and expansive views, complementing a serene acoustic environment noted as “one of the quietest of all business jets”. Integrated Wi‑Fi and a modern in-flight entertainment suite keep passengers connected and entertained. With its dual certification secured, the G800 is now poised to enter service, offering both operators and passengers a blend of unmatched range, speed, and cabin sophistication, setting a new standard for ultra‑long‑range business aviation.
