Priester Aviation is bringing its portfolio of aviation businesses under a single brand identity, retiring the George J. Priester Aviation name and transitioning Mayo Aviation, Hill Private Aviation and Omni Private Aviation to the Priester Aviation brand.

The move marks a new chapter for the company, which traces its origins to 1945 when it was founded by George J. Priester. Over eight decades, the business has expanded its offering from private charter services to whole-aircraft and fleet management.

The unified Priester Aviation brand will operate across the company’s bases in Chicago, Denver, Atlanta and Tulsa, providing customers with a consistent service structure across its operations.

Meanwhile, Elite Jets and MaxAir, the newest additions to the Priester portfolio, will retain their existing names while adopting the co-branding designation “a Priester Company.” This approach is intended to strengthen their connection to the wider Priester platform while allowing them to maintain their individual identities.

Brent Moldowan, CEO and President of Priester Aviation, said the transition reflects the company’s longstanding association with the Priester name and its focus on building long-term relationships with customers.

As part of the consolidation, Mayo Aviation, Hill Private Aviation and Omni Private Aviation will progressively transition to the Priester Aviation name over the coming months.

The company said the rebranding is supported by a broader effort to integrate its operations under what it calls “One Priester.” This includes common service and safety standards, unified team operations, infrastructure, scheduling and dispatch capabilities, as well as expanded international charter services.

The strategy is designed to create a continuous customer relationship, allowing clients to access services ranging from their first charter or jet card through to whole-aircraft and fleet management without changing providers.

Priester’s “Limitless Flight Path” concept underpins this approach, with the company positioning itself as a single aviation partner capable of supporting customers throughout their private aviation journey.

The integration also expands fleet availability for customers. Elite Jets and MaxAir collectively operate 12 Phenom aircraft, providing additional capacity for Invision Jet Card holders and charter customers.

Priester Aviation said the brand transition will be completed over the coming months, with the company aiming to deliver a consistent customer experience across its locations while retaining the established identities of Elite Jets and MaxAir under the Priester umbrella.
