West Entertainment and All Nippon Airways (ANA) have renewed their multi-year partnership, reinforcing their shared commitment to deliver highly personalized in-flight entertainment (IFE) experiences for millions of ANA passengers. The announcement was formalized during a signing ceremony at APEX Global EXPO 2025.
The expanded collaboration will see West Entertainment continue to curate ANA’s IFE portfolio using advanced digital workflows and analytics tools such as West IQ, designed to enhance personalization and anticipate passenger preferences.
“Entertainment plays a very important role in the customer experience,” said Toshiya Shimada, Vice President of Product and Services Planning at ANA. “We want to personalize content to meet the needs of each passenger, and West Entertainment is the partner that can achieve this.”
