JetBlue has announced new culinary partnerships for its Mint premium cabin product, naming Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group as its latest onboard dining collaborators. New onboard menus to debut from July, with additional restaurant collaborations planned for 2027
The airline said new menus inspired by Kent Hospitality Group’s restaurants, Crown Shy and Birdee, will begin rolling out across domestic and transatlantic Mint services from July 31. Additional menu concepts from Four Clovers Hospitality Group’s Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que are scheduled to be introduced in early 2027.
The move reflects a broader industry trend in which airlines are increasingly using chef-led and restaurant-branded dining programs to differentiate premium cabin offerings and enhance the overall passenger experience.

Stephanie Evans Greene, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand at JetBlue, said the airline selects partners that align with the standards of its premium product.
“Mint has always been about redefining what customers can expect from premium travel, so we are very thoughtful about the partners we work with,” said Greene. “We look for brands that create experiences people genuinely want to be a part of, where the hospitality, the energy and the attention to detail are just that special.”
According to JetBlue, the first phase of the collaboration will introduce breakfast, lunch and dinner options inspired by menu items from Crown Shy and Birdee. The dishes have been adapted for the onboard environment while maintaining the restaurants’ culinary styles.
Kelly Kent, Partner at Kent Hospitality Group, said the collaboration will bring elements of New York’s restaurant scene to JetBlue’s premium cabin customers.
“New York has always been a city shaped by movement, culture, and great hospitality. As a hospitality group born and built here, we’re excited to partner with JetBlue, New York’s hometown airline, to bring a taste of the city’s dining scene to travelers around the world,” said Kent.
Since launching Mint in 2014, JetBlue has expanded its premium offering to include lie-flat seating on domestic routes and suite-style accommodations on transatlantic services. The latest catering partnership forms part of the airline’s ongoing efforts to develop the onboard experience through enhancements in premium cabin dining and service.
JetBlue said full menu details will be released closer to the July launch date.
